An elegant facelift for a cherished home
The owners had lived in this 1700 square foot 1910 Craftsman Bungalow for 23 years and didn't want to move, but they needed more space for their growing family of four. To accommodate their needs, Highmark moved the home's west wall out by nearly 30 feet to create an additional 1800 square feet of living space on three levels.
New amenities included an Asian-influenced master suite and bath; an expanded kitchen with pull-out refrigerator/freezer doors under the counters; a new tuck-under garage and hobby room with in-floor heat; and high-efficiency heat and central air conditioning throughout.
